If you're happy with the Plusnet service during the 90 days then your broadband account will continue to work and you will be billed as normal. If you are not happy with the service and your account is closed within 90 days then we will refund your subscription payments.

The 90 day guarantee is available only on residential broadband accounts registered on or after 27th June 2007. Our Essential product comes with a 12 month contract, so the 90 day guarantee doesn't apply.
